Mariano's

The mobile app is not secure. Three banks that I use were hacked by someone in a store in Batesville,MS Kroger Fuel several charges totaling over $700. This happened 3 days after placing a drive up order in this IL store. The store and corporate does not seem to care which makes me believe it's an inside job just like Target a few years ago. I will no longer shop Mariano's if their infrastructure is this weak. I can't be the only one, when a class action lawsuit starts maybe they'll listen

You can't make this stuff up. The worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They intentionally do things to make your experience slower/worse. That's how you know it's clearly intentional. The multiple times trying to waste customers time/patience. The last time i used this pharmacy back in August, the pharmacist unbeknownst to me transferred my prescription to another Marianos (Palatine) after filling the script. I just discovered this happened today 11/3. That's right Without me asking for it and without telling me they transferred it away to make my next fill even more difficult than this already difficult pharmacist. It's like they're trying to tell me "he doesn't seem to get the message that he's clearly not welcome here. Let's send him another one more aggressively passive than before." Like I get the law in Illinois is the pharmacy is allowed to refuse transfers/ service. But the law must also be that pharmacies can tell you false information if they feel like it. Especially if it involves "refusing service". I filed a complaint to the Illinois pharmacy board over the first incident. This is further evidence regarding that complaint as well. This should confirm the necessarily bad actors at work. It's not even plausibly deniable at this point. Are pharmacies seriously allowed to transfer your prescription to another pharmacy without the customer asking for the transfer? And without letting the customer know? I did not even know that garbage was even possible. I guess if you complain to the board about them, you're no longer welcome. That's retaliation 101 for anyone taking notes

This store needs more help or increase the wages! Waiting in line for over 20 minutes as there was only 1 cashier at 5pm with no bagger all day. The lines for self- check out were ridiculous. Not every customer wants to do self-check out, especially the elderly. It's not that you save any $ by doing that. Many customers in line were VERY unhappy! Better to go to Jewel where cashiers are in ample supply.
